In Orbenlle, just after the Mural del Pórtico de la Gloria, the Camino splits. Continue straight through Os Eidos for the shorter route to O Porriño, which crosses the As Gándaras industrial estate.
Turn left for the alternative via Centeáns, introduced in 2013 to avoid the industrial estate. It is about 500 m longer and follows quieter paths through woodland, villages and beside the Rio Louro before rejoining the Camino at O Porriño.

Mural do Pórtico da Gloria
Local painter Xai Óscar created this hyperrealist reproduction of the Pórtico da Gloria of Santiago de Compostela and installed it on the wall of his family's property beside the Camino. Inspired by the pilgrims he had watched passing since childhood, he later added further works, including El viejo peregrino.
